It has low fat content and a rich source of protein and other nutrients. Southern Bluefin Tuna are caught wild from the southern waters of Australia. Bluefin Tuna’s sashimi meat makes this species the most demanded, rare, and expensive tuna species. Presently, more than 90% of the Southern Bluefin Tuna catch from Australia is consumed by Japan.
